If I meet the requirement for Visionary Insiders Pro or Elite when does my point multiplier kick-in?
Pro or Elite status will begin the following month once earned.
Example: If you meet the Pro requirement in March, you will earn the Pro point multiplier starting in April.
Can my staff access the Visionary Insiders dashboard?
At this time, the Visionary Insiders dashboard is only available to the shop owner.
I forgot my username or password?
Go to www.visionaryinsiders.com and click login. Then click on “Forgot your username or password” to reset. Note – you must submit your username, NOT your email address to reset password.
Why am I locked out of my Visionary Insiders account?
Your account and points may not be available because of a 60+ past due balance. Please contact accountingcanada@hoya.com or call 1-888-258-4692 to restore access.
What option do I have to redeem my points?
Points can only be redeemed as an electronic transfer back to the practice.

Do I need to enroll in the Visionary Insiders to earn rewards?
What happens if I do not accept Visionary Insiders Terms and Conditions by March 31st?
You have until March 31, 2025, to enroll in the 2025 Visionary Insiders program to continue earning points uninterrupted. If you do not formally accept 2025 Terms & Conditions by March 31, 2025, you will not be able to redeem points earned during the open enrollment period. You will not earn points under the Visionary Insiders Program until the day in which you accept Terms & Conditions.
How do I earn Visionary Insiders rewards?
Order any qualifying HOYA branded lens design with premium anti-reflective coating from any HOYA laboratory to earn points. Please refer to your dashboard for eligible products or contact your HOYA Territory Manager for more information.
What is the duration of the 2025 Visionary Insiders reward program?
Visionary Insiders runs annually from January 1 – December 31, 2025.
How do I access my rewards?
Login to www.visionaryinsiders.com to view your dashboards, available benefits, and to redeem your rewards. The redeem button is on the homepage of your dashboard and is the only way to redeem points.
How do I know which benefit tier I am currently qualified in?
Login to www.visionaryinsiders.com to view your tier status and see how close you are to the next milestone!
What are the Visionary Insiders tiers?
Insider, Pro, and Elite. Each tier earns reward points and unlocks additional value-added benefits.
Are there additional benefits to the program?
Yes, as loyalty increases, so do the benefits. Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard to see the full list of program benefits.
Will I need to re-enroll annually?
For compliance purposes, you will be required to re-enroll in the program each calendar year and accept Terms & Conditions to receive your earned tier status. HOYA will prompt you to accept Terms & Conditions when you login to your dashboard at the beginning of each calendar year.
Will the Visionary Insiders rewards change annually?
HOYA is continually reviewing its loyalty programs to offer the best rewards and benefits in the industry. New programs, point values, tier qualifications, and growth programs can be introduced each year and can be changed at any time at HOYA’s discretion.
Do my Visionary Insiders rewards expire?
Yes, points expire annually on January 31st of each following calendar year, without exception.
Example: All points earned in 2025 expire on January 31, 2026.
